Directions:
- Children aged 2 to 12 years take one 5mL (1 teaspoon) in warm water every three to four hours.
- Adults take 10ml (2 teaspoons) in warm water every three to four hours.
- A maximum of 4 doses per day.
- Reduce the frequency of doses and then stop taking the remedy as relief is obtained.

- Sugars (Honey, Raw Sugar)
- Glycerol
- Citric Acid

- DO NOT take if you are diabetic
- DO NOT give to babies under 1 year.
